Inspiring HR is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Archer to full-time HR Services Manager, effective December 4, 2017.
Jennifer has been a key contributor to the growth of Inspiring HR since starting as a temporary employee in February 2011.
Her flexibility, judgement, dedication, drive, problem solving skills and ability to lead are deeply appreciated by everyone lucky enough to work with her — partners, co-workers and clients.
Jennifer has enthusiastically supported the vision and mission of Inspiring HR and lives our core values with ease every day.
In the role of HR Services Manager, Jennifer will be more involved in work-flow planning, product and service improvements and assisting with escalated or complex matters on behalf of our CIO, Mindy Flanigan. This will give her an opportunity to more regularly mentor our team members through professional development and aligning their skills with our unique approach to HR Consulting for small businesses.
