Richard is a senior-level certified HR professional who focuses on helping clients select outcome-based human resource and employee relations strategies that develop and enhance the organization’s capabilities. He has made it his mission in HR consulting to be the “behind-the-scenes champion,” helping clients position themselves as the experts, visionaries, or problem-solvers they strive to be.
When Richard is not using his HR skills, he plays golf and spends time with his six grandchildren.
