Generally our Deposit Clients, Platinum and Gold, receive direct communication from their assigned HR Consultant about a poster change.
For those clients who opt for our Silver level of services or who may have missed the call or email from their HR Consultant, please be advised of this change, effective 7/1/17.
The Job Safety and Health Protection posting has been updated with the revised maximum civil penalty amounts which may be assessed for violations of the VOSH (safety) law, effective July 1, 2017.
Previously the maximum mandatory penalty for serious violations, the optional maximum penalty for less-than-serious violations, and the maximum penalty per day for failure to abate were each set at $7,000; these penalties have increased to $12,471. The maximum penalty for willful or repeat violations was previously $70,000; this penalty has increased to $124,709.
This is a mandatory change and your current postings should be updated to reflect this.
