Her experience includes employee relations, people operations, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, HR technology, compliance, and organizational development.
She is a builder at heart. Caitlin enjoys helping growing businesses create the people practices, processes, and infrastructure they need to support their teams and scale successfully. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up her sleeves and tackle the practical work, from building foundational HR programs and handbooks to supporting leaders through employee relations challenges and developing scalable processes.
Caitlin is particularly passionate about the intersection of people, process, and technology. She has implemented and optimized HR systems across all types of organizations and enjoys finding ways to use technology, automation, and AI to make HR more effective without losing the human side of the work.
Based in Austin, Caitlin lives with her partner, three kiddos, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops, tackling home projects, spending time with family, and planning her next adventure.
