Her career began in retail management, where she quickly discovered a passion for the people side of business—coaching teams, developing talent, and driving performance. That spark led to a fulfilling career in human capital management.

She brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, specializing in talent development, organizational design, and cross-functional team support.
